Before you can send your reports and notices through emails from Fundwave, you will need to complete a one time email setup. This involves setting a default 'from address' and verifying the ownership of your domain.
Follow these simple steps to set a default from address:
(A) Select the fund for which you are configuring the 'from address'. Now, click on the settings icon on the top right of the screen.
(B) Click on the 'Notifications' link on the left menu. Fill in the 'from email' address here. All your reports and notices will be sent from this email address.
If you don't specify an email server, all emails will be sent from Fundwave's default email server.
If so, to start sending emails, you must verify the ownership of either this email address or your complete domain before you can send out any emails.
Raise a support request with Fundwave to receive instructions for verification of your email address or to receive DNS records that you should enter on the website of your domain name vendor.
